We offer a 24-hour return window from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after this period has expired.

Return Eligibility Requirements

General Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unused condition: Item must be in the same condition as received.

• Original packaging: All original packaging materials must be included.

• Proof of purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required.

• Buyer responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for returns:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

• Intimate or sanitary products

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

• Gift cards

• Jiten Pyramids

• Yantras

• Downloaded digital content or opened media (CDs/DVDs).

Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may be issued for:

• Books showing obvious signs of use.

• Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error).

• Items returned after the 24-hour window (up to 7 days maximum, subject to approval).

Refund Process

1. Return Inspection: Once received, we conduct a thorough inspection and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

2. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

3. Missing Refunds: If a refund is delayed, please check your bank/credit card company first. If still unresolved, email us at info@plusvalueindia.com (or your updated Punyachakra support email).

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items with the same product.

• We will provide return shipping instructions.

Gift Returns

• Gifts marked during purchase: You will receive a gift credit.

• Gifts not marked: The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Information

• Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Return shipping fee: ₹180 will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Original shipping costs: These are non-refundable.

• Process: Package the item securely. We recommend trackable shipping as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
