Policy Overview

We offer a 24-hour return window from the time of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Supported with proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
• Return shipping cost borne by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Gift cards
• Digital downloads or opened media (CDs/DVDs)
• Jiten Pyramids
• Yantras

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Books showing signs of use
• Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
• Returns requested after 24 hours (up to 7 days, subject to approval)

Refund Process

• All returned items are inspected before approval
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Sale items are non-refundable
• Refunds may take time depending on the bank/payment provider
• For delays, contact your bank first, then reach out to us if needed

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order details, and we will provide return instructions.

Gift Returns

• If marked as a gift, you may receive a gift credit
• If not marked as a gift, refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
• ₹180 will be deducted from the refund amount
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Do not send items without prior approval
