Pricing & Coverage

All prices displayed on our website include GST and shipping charges for deliveries within India. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Malad West, Mumbai - 400064, India.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Mumbai: 2-3 business days

  • Outside Mumbai: 3-7 business days (depending on location)

  • Pan-India Standard: 3-6 business days

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable due to order verification concerns. We accept alternative payment methods and are happy to assist with payment options that suit your needs.

Stock Availability & Communication

We maintain inventory for all listed products. If an item becomes unavailable after payment or requires extended delivery time, we will contact you within 2 business days via your registered mobile number or email address.


Order Management

  • Multiple Items: We attempt to ship all items together. However, separate shipments may be necessary in some cases.

  • Single Shipping Address: Each order processes to one shipping address only. Multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.

  • Address Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. No responsibility is accepted for non-delivery to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Exception: Address changes are accepted within 2 hours of order placement.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners make two delivery attempts. After unsuccessful attempts, the order may be marked as non-delivered.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Track your order through:

  • Courier Websites: BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, etc.


Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds policy is in effect. If customers reject delivery, actual shipping costs (₹240 total for both ways) will be deducted from any applicable refund.

International Shipping

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.

  • Additional courier fees or government-imposed charges.

  • Important: We are not liable for additional charges after the shipment leaves India.

Refused International Packages

If customers refuse to pay customs charges, return shipping costs and additional fees will be deducted from the order value. Remaining funds will be refunded within 7-15 business days after we receive the returned package.
