Pricing & Coverage

All product prices on Punyachakra.com include GST and standard shipping charges for deliveries within India. Orders are shipped from our facility in Malad West, Mumbai – 400064, India.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Mumbai: 2–3 business days
Other parts of India: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:
BlueDart Express, Delhivery, Shree Maruti Courier, Nandan Courier, and India Post (for remote areas).

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We accept online payments through secure payment gateways.

Order Updates & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can also track your order through our website or the respective courier partner’s tracking system.

Order Guidelines

Each order is shipped to one address only.
Address changes are allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.
Orders cannot be modified after confirmation.
Delivery attempts are usually made twice; after that, the order may be marked undelivered.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We follow a no return and no refund policy. If a delivery is refused, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
